The graphic user interface shows the drives available and their current settings. Dragging and moving the partition boundaries with the mouse showed you exactly what changes could be made.Since the program can make changes without reformatting the drive, you can adjust partition sizes on the fly. I am quite pleased with Partition Manager. I encountered a partition error on my hard drive. Because of the error I could not recover the hard drive and had been unable to overcome the error in order to use the hard drive. Partition Manager enabled me to delete the partitions (something I had been unable to do any other way), restore my backup and saved me from throwing away a good hard drive. I don\'t know what actions Partition Manager may not be capable of, but I sure like what it did for me.

I could not for my life figure out how to resize\move my C;\ partition. I later learned about shrink, extend program that comes with Vista and used that. Downloaded the software on a windows XP workstation and the installation process was not smooth at all, it kept hanging on the installer and freezing and required numerous reboots. I didn't even get to test the software. I will try it on another workstation and provide another review asap.

Thanks for the reminder. I wanted to copy old removable 2GB disks in an external Iomega SCSI 2GB Jaz drive and I am having some difficulty with corrupted data. I do not think your software can help me because it seems to copy only the computer\'s main hard drive.Kind regards,Les Shaw
